Reporting to the Director of Academic Technology and ITS Grants, this position designs, develops, and delivers engaging training for centrally supported enterprise applications such as AdobeSign, Common Financial System, data warehouses, and advanced Excel and financial workflows. The Trainer leads campus-wide technology enablement efforts by creating instructional materials, managing training operations, supporting system implementations, and providing consultative guidance to faculty, staff, and student employees. Serving as a liaison between users, technical teams, and vendors, this role helps improve technology adoption, enhance user competency, ensure accessibility compliance, and reduce support tickets through proactive, high-impact training—making it an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about education, collaboration, and meaningful technology use.
