The Senior Fiscal Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the University Advancement division, overseeing state, auxiliary, trust, and UEC budgets. This position provides lead work direction for endowment fund administration through the CSUSB Philanthropic Foundation, ensuring appropriate fund distributions, compliance with donor intent, and accurate reporting. The Analyst serves as a primary liaison to the University Budget Office and Financial Services, prepares complex financial analyses and reports, and manages position funding, procurement, and reconciliation processes. Additionally, this role supports Advancement Services with Foundation policy development, space planning, and audit assessments, and acts as the key resource for Foundation financial statements, investments, and compliance documentation.

The Assistant Director of Philanthropy (ADoP) is an emerging fundraising professional focused on securing leadership annual gifts and identifying prospects for major and planned gifts that support university priorities, especially initiatives advancing student success, access, equity, and academic excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, the ADoP will work closely with senior leadership and the Advancement team to cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of leadership annual and early major gift donors.
