This position exercises professional judgment in overseeing pantry operations, supervising 20 student staff, and coordinating donations, sourcing, and distribution. Additionally, the Coordinator develops and implements campus-wide outreach, events, and workshops, including financial literacy, cooking, and wellness programs, while fostering cross-campus and community partnerships. The role requires advanced problem-solving and interpersonal skills to help students navigate complex challenges, recommend resources and strategies, and design creative, integrative solutions that improve student well-being and success.
