They identify, define, document, create, and maintain analytic solutions, such as reports, dashboards, and data extracts from various data sources within the organization, including revenue, accounting, clinical information, practice management EHR systems, human resources, and more. In this role, the Business Analytics Analyst collaborates with operational, academic, and clinical staff, including senior leadership, to review analytic requests, provide updates on progress, set expectations, plan, and implement products and services to meet the needs of users, enterprise reporting, and data analysis. To excel in this position, the analyst should have a good grasp of institutional business intelligence tools, key content, and related data models. Additionally, strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
