DEI Program Manager in Medical Center
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HICCC Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion serving as a liaison between the DEI office and other components of the center and supporting the center leadership to enhance diversity in the cancer workforce across all stages. Working closely with the Associate and Assistant Directors for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the Program Manager will manage DEI-related programs within the cancer center and support partnerships with DEI offices at the Columbia University.
