About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader Talent Acquisition, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. Working in a small, supportive team, you’ll provide trusted advice, guide leaders through best‑practice recruitment, and help create a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced TA professional who enjoys stakeholder partnership, variety, and working autonomously - without the pressure of full‑time hours.

What You’ll deliver

  • Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad range of roles, including hard‑to‑fill and specialist positions
  • Partnering with leaders to scope roles, provide market insights, and tailor recruitment approaches
  • Delivering a high‑quality, candidate‑centred recruitment experience
  • Using PageUp HRIS to manage requisitions, shortlisting, offers, and pre‑employment checks
  • Advising leaders on contemporary recruitment practices, merit‑based selection, and compliance
  • Continuously improving recruitment processes and ways of working

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally in a complex or fast‑paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer‑focused mindset
  • Solid knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection practices
  • Confidence providing clear, practical advice to leaders at all levels
  • Experience using HRIS or ATS platforms (PageUp desirable)
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach aligned with public sector values.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
