The Elisabeth DeLuca School of Nursing at the University of Connecticut is seeking applications for a full-time Data Management and Analytics Specialist (Institutional Research Analyst 2 ,P4) at the Storrs campus. The Data Management and Analytics Specialist is responsible for data management, data analytics, and reporting for all programs, offices, and initiatives within the Elisabeth Deluca School of Nursing. The Specialist will compile, builds, and maintain databases for planning, decision-making, publication, and compliance with government regulations purposes. This position proactively identifies, develops, and effectively communicates complex data and analytical studies to senior administrators to facilitate finding creative solutions. This position reports to the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration and works in conjunction with the Associate Deans, Program Directors, Director of Student Success, program support staff, and central University IT, data management, and data analytics staff.
