UConn Student Health and Wellness is searching for a 9-month Nurse Navigator (RN) to provide professional nursing and health services to the Stamford Regional Campus. As a college health nurse, this registered nurse will be responsible for providing patient focused advice and education, by supporting the maintenance and improvement of the health of students, identifying, and assisting in removing or modifying health related barriers, and supporting early detection and early intervention strategies.
