Bates Dining, Conferences and Campus Events provides/oversees services for a self-operated student dining program, campus catering, cash dining operations, vending, summer programs, one day programs, major campus events, campus space scheduling and non-student short term housing. The Commons Associate-Service primarily serves as front line support for the Bates dining program which serves approximately 5000 meals per day to the students, faculty, staff and guests of the college.
