Manage structural integrity remediation projects from initial setup through to completion for Duratec’s tier 1 mining clients.
THE ROLE
- Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements
- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
- Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
- Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program
- Involvement with tendering/estimation
- Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
- Raise RFI’s and track responses
ABOUT YOU
You are a positive front-line leader and have previous experience of approximately 5 years in an on-site management role along with;
- Experience in mining, plant maintenance and shutdowns
- Understanding of inspection techniques, NDT, and structural analysis
- You can coordinate and deliver complex shutdown of works
- Program and planning skills
- Proficiency in managing budgets and cost control
- Exceptional stakeholder management and subcontractor management
Qualifications and Requirements
- White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering
