We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist – Home Care to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will help shape how BaptistCare’s Home Care services are experienced across Australia, supporting growth, building trust and connecting people to care when it matters most.  

About the role 

As a Marketing Specialist you will lead end to end marketing initiatives across our Home Care portfolio, working closely with property, operations, sales and development teams. With our new national brand being rolled out this is an exciting opportunity to be part of all the firsts. From strategic campaign planning to on the ground activation, you will bring ideas to life that drive awareness, enquiries and meaningful community engagement across this national portfolio.  

This is a hands on, fast‑paced role that blends strategy, creativity and collaboration. This is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, variety and seeing their work make a real difference. 

Based at our Norwest Shared Services office, this role is full time, maximum term for 12 months with the possibility of extension.  We offer hybrid working, currently 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Covering a national portfolio ,this role requires travel, interstate and regionally. You will need your own vehicle and a valid Australian Driver’s license.  

What you will be doing 

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across existing services, new developments and acquisitions 

  • Develop tailored go to market plans that align with sales phases, customer insights and business goals 

  • Brief and manage creative, media and production agencies 

  • Oversee the creation of high quality content and assets including digital, print, video and site collateral 

  • Partner with digital specialists to deliver and optimise paid digital and social campaigns 

  • Support events, launches and local activation activities that build community connection 

  • Track performance, analyse insights and continuously optimise marketing activity

About you 

You are a confident, organised and collaborative marketer who brings both heart and commercial thinking to your work. You enjoy working across teams, managing multiple priorities and translating strategy into action. 

You will bring: 

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering end to end marketing campaigns 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and agency management experience 

  • Confidence working across digital, content and traditional channels 

  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with high attention to detail 

  • An understanding of and respect for BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values 

Experience in aged care, health, property will be highly regarded.
