Join the Lower Colorado River Authority, where your expertise will contribute to the resilience of critical infrastructure in Texas! As a Transmission Resilience Program Specialist, you will join a growing team that integrates and engages across Transmission Services to grow the Transmission Resilience program. In this role, you will provide critical support to Transmission Services and the Resilience program as we prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and other significant events. This position not only allows you to utilize your current knowledge but also encourages growth through cross-training and the development of new skill sets. You will be trusted to:

- Assist with implementation of Transmission Resilience strategic plans to improve transmission resilience.
- Provide support for writing and implementing procedures and plans and other such documentation
- Assist with compliance related documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address potential threats.
- Participate in the development and execution of emergency and resilience drills and exercises
- Support disaster and emergency response and recovery efforts
- Provide support to Transmission management and other stakeholders on the development of corrective actions and mitigation plans
- Analyze data using business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Participate in the development and delivery of presentations and training
- Manage and maintain relationships with a diverse network of partners to successfully implement business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of resilience strategies and adjust as necessary.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years' experience in emergency management, operations, project management, strategic business support, business system analysis, risk analysis, or other proven experience. A degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, emergency management, political science, information technology, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
