About the Role
St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Molong is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join the school community. As a teacher in a Catholic school, you will:
- Support and enrich the sacramental, liturgical, and prayer life of the school while embedding Catholic teachings, values, and practices into your teaching and interactions.
- Foster positive, nurturing relationships with students to support their spiritual, moral, and academic development.
- Create a learner-centred, inclusive classroom environment aligned with curriculum policies and implement quality teaching strategies.
- Use student assessment data to identify learning barriers and tailor support to enhance student growth and achievement.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute to the professional life of the school, and participate in ongoing faith and professional formation.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community to encourage student involvement in the life of the Church and community.

About You
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
- Experience and proven record in effective classroom learning and teaching.
- Advanced understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.
- A proven ability to differentiate the learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Willingness to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school including coaching sporting teams, and attending school camps and retreats as required.
- Characteristics that provide a positive role model to students at the school both in their professional and personal life.
- Capacity to create safe and supportive learning environments for students.
