About the Role

We are expanding our Customer Service Centre to transform our patient experience. We have a number of positions available, based in our North Melbourne contact centre, and the Customer Service Officers are responsible for booking patient appointments via phone and electronic methods. These are full-time roles.

As the first point of contact, these roles are primarily responsible for attending to patient booking requests in an efficient and responsive manner and will deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a values-driven, empathetic, and confidential approach to both patients and referring doctors.

• Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to positively interact with our patients and referrers
• Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and meeting strict deadlines
• Competent data entry skills and high-level attention to detail
• High level verbal and written communication skills
