About the role
The Rehabilitation Coordinator within the Initial Support team manages a portfolio of clients while the TAC is undertaking Needs Assessments, to achieve client outcomes through identifying optimal claims management pathways. The role focuses early intervention strategies, expectation setting and sound stakeholder engagement.
About the Team
This role sits within the Back to work Back to Health branch within the Back to Health Early Recovery team. You will be joining supportive and collaborative team who are focused on building good client outcomes and you will be supported by a Manager who is approachable and promotes a collaborative work environment.
What we’re looking for
Proven Stakeholder engagement
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice claims management during any stage of a client journey.
- Strong Influencing, negotiation and decision making skills.
- High level resilience and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi task
Ability to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Proven ability to manage decisions on a portfolio or cohort of claims to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Deliver a high level of client service by putting the client at the centre of decision making and communicating claims liability decisions in line with the client service charter
- Experience in a client services environment
