About the role
The Product Owner plays a key role in advancing the TAC’s strategic and operational goals by enhancing claims platforms for employees, clients, and providers. Operating within an Agile framework and a Continuous Delivery model, the Product Owner maximises the value of digital improvements by prioritising and managing work pipelines across internal teams, external vendors, and strategic partners.
This role is focused on delivering value early and often, leveraging a collaborative approach that actively incorporates feedback and adapts to evolving business needs. By breaking down larger initiatives into manageable work items, the Product Owner ensures solutions are fit for purpose, user-focused, and aligned with organisational priorities.
About the Team
You will join the supportive and passionate Digital and Systems team within the Clients division, a group dedicated to delivering efficient, fair, and cost-effective recovery and independence outcomes for people injured in transport accidents.
Reporting to the Digital and Systems Manager, you’ll benefit from regular 1:1s and team check-ins, while being empowered to take ownership of your workload. The team values autonomy, collaboration, and variety, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
