Credit Advisor

As the Credit Advisor your role will involve providing specialist support and advice to business units regarding Commercial and Small Business lending applications. You'll approve specific loans within Delegated Credit Authority, including considering exceptions to Credit Risk Policy. You’ll also be a key person in identifying deteriorating credits and strategizing to manage associated risks.

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification in a finance related discipline
• Completion of Moody’s financial analysis training (or equivalent)
• The exercise of a substantial Delegated Credit Authority
• A detailed understanding of lending parameters, including assessing inherent risks in various industries
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, relationship building, and networking skills
