The purpose of this role is to provide technical advice to Claims Consultants and support to the Team Managers to ensure the team’s effective delivery of SLAs and the delivery of a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships, interactions and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the service promise.
  • Manage the approval of claims within agreed claims approval framework.
  • Assist and advise Claims Team to resolve escalated queries from customers and brokers and effectively assist to negotiate resolutions to disputed claims.
  • Support new Claim Consultants by identifying skill gaps and implementing appropriate onboarding training.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes and participate in their testing, in order to contribute to the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Claims function.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a CTA role or as a Claims Manager – must have
  • 4 years of industry/claims management experience
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Problem solving and ability to identify innovative solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and systems skills
