We’re looking for a Governance Advisor to join our Insurance Operations team and play a pivotal role in supporting partner governance.
In this role, you’ll act as the key conduit between the Insurance Operations Leadership team, External Partners, and Group Partnering. You’ll support the creation, maintenance, and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs), while driving a range of activities that underpin effective partner management and risk oversight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Facilitate and support governance meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful outcomes
- Review contract risk assessments via SAP Ariba, aligning with enterprise risk frameworks
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation for onshore and offshore teams
- Manage Governance SharePoint hubs to ensure access to current and accurate information
- Oversee partner system access through ServiceNow and IdentityNow platforms
- Provide operational support to the onshore Insurance Operations team as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Sound understanding of Insurance Operations business
- A Risk Mature mindset
- High attention to detail and confidence in decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
