Business Process Design Lead

We’re looking for a Business Process Design Lead to join our Consumer Insurance Customer Service function to support and lead initiatives that strengthen our risk-related processes, streamline compliance, and enable sustainable change. From refining governance frameworks to running deep dive reviews and partnering on remediation, your work will directly contribute to keeping our customers protected and our operations future-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Design, support and evolve governance frameworks across Customer Service, ensuring alignment with group policies and quality standards
• Lead the operational coordination of the annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) testing cycle
• Manage internal and external audit action plans, driving sustainable solutions and risk remediation
• Conduct deep-dive reviews, identifying root causes and collaborating across teams to implement improvements
• Develop insights, challenge ineffective processes, and embed efficient controls and training
• Influence and engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive a proactive risk culture

What You’ll Bring

• Resilience and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and business needs
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset to solve complex issues and drive sound decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• 3–5 years’ experience in Insurance or Financial Services, ideally with exposure to Risk or Compliance
