Advisor - Customer Experience and Delivery

Are you passionate about enhancing customer outcomes and driving operational excellence?

We’re looking for a Customer Experience and Delivery Advisor to help shape and deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our Motor Claims customers.

Reporting to the Customer Experience and Delivery Manager, you’ll support the planning, design and execution of key programs of work. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver initiatives that improve the customer journey, enhance employee experience, and drive efficiency and cost improvements.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to early-stage planning and discovery through data analysis, process mapping, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Motor Claims by tracking a portfolio of work and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and performance against strategic goals.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
