Senior Program Delivery Manager

• Manage and deliver targeted growth outcomes for the Agencies & Partnerships team within the Platform Business
• Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne CBD location/hybrid WFH

The Senior Delivery Manager works as part of the Agencies and Partnerships team to manage the successful delivery of targeted growth outcomes for the Platforms business. The role collaborates across teams, removes blockages to performance. The role is incredibly dynamic and strategic in nature, requiring strong learning agility and the ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver great outcomes for the entire Commercial & Personal Injury business.

What you’ll do:

• Design enhancements, prioritise and project manage the delivery of all enhancements and new propositions across the A&P portfolio
• Plan, direct and lead the development and implementation of a program of work to support the maturity uplift of risk and governance frameworks
• Build and manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to enable effective and collaborative integration
• Manage initiatives that support the Platforms function to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and mutual clients to drive profitable growth, increase market share and within risk governance parameters.
• Oversee delivery of program initiatives to ensure they deliver upon agreed objectives and timelines. 

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 10 years commercial experience in insurance, coupled with relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years project management experience across a diverse range of business functions and processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of portfolio, underwriting, pricing and risk and compliance practices and policies
• Experience of building successful relationships at all levels
• Solid understanding of the insurance industry, including insurance products, broker landscape, market environment and customer segments.
