About the role

The Technology and Performance Operations Lead manages frameworks to optimise repairer availability, booking lead times, and capacity across the repairer network. This role supports system and process excellence in Motor Claims, partnering with Solera on the Auda suite and overseeing key operational technologies. It also ensures timely invoice governance and strong stakeholder engagement to drive improvements in cost, quality, and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Coordinating and managing booking structure systems and changes on behalf of Motor Claims with National Repairer & Supplier Performance
• Supporting the operational changes and governance of repairers onboarding and off boarding onto the panel
• Manage the operational technology platforms to deliver best in class efficiency and customer, outcomes across both assessing and repair portfolios
• Maintenance of ClaimCentre Address book activities and enquiries as well as external repairer comms, both inbound and outbound via SuncorpSPIR Inbox
• As required, participating in and providing support to the greater Motor Claims functions on process and design changes as well as repairer performance and pathing insights
• Understanding and maintaining operational systems and process for Uber and Taxi delivery solutions, including assistance for repairers with operational Uber and taxi queries

What you'll bring 

• 5+ years in insurance claims and/or financial services experience
• Extensive knowledge of the motor assessing and repair industry
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with excellent reporting management skills
• Advanced understanding of Motor Claims processes and assessment types
• Understanding of all State, Federal & Code requirements
