Senior Software Test Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive quality across our Digital and Identity platforms. You'll lead the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Working across the full SDLC, you'll design and maintain test frameworks, guide best practices, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-assurance outcomes. You'll also mentor and guide peers and influence the overall software engineering operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards for deliverables
• Ensure appropriate types of testing are planned and executed throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Build quality, automation, and security into CI/CD pipelines using robust test frameworks
• Collaborate with the team to deliver both automated and manual tests aligned to delivery milestones
• Provide thought leadership in QA practices and continuously drive improvements
• Coach and mentor junior Test Engineers

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years’ experience in a Test Engineer or Senior Test role
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python)
• Experience with API automation
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Applitools
• Proven experience supporting high-availability production systems
• Solid understanding of all testing types (e.g., functional, system, integration, regression)
