At Suncorp Group, we’re seeking a Motor Claims Experience Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team and deliver initiatives that enhance customer experience, efficiency, and performance across our Motor Insurance portfolio.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, manage critical programs, and work alongside senior leaders to deliver continuous improvement in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of delivery specialists and technical experts to deliver strategic and operational improvements across Motor Claims
  • Own the Claims Experience program of work, prioritising, planning, and executing initiatives that enhance customer, cost, and efficiency outcomes
  • Oversee critical claims technology assets and automation portfolios, ensuring effective governance, performance, and enhancement pipelines
  • Support executive leadership with program oversight, reporting, and insights to guide decision-making
  • Foster a culture of innovation, simplicity, and continuous improvement, while coaching and developing a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, to deliver business solutions aligned to strategic goals

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in insurance claims or financial services, with at least 3 years in claims or supply chain management (desired)
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive high performance
  • Strong background in program delivery, project management, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced business acumen, critical thinking, and data literacy to identify and execute on opportunities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders
  • Adaptability to navigate fast-paced, complex environments, delivering quality outcomes on time and within scope
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or related fields (desirable)
