At Suncorp, we’re reimagining what’s possible in insurance. As our Specialty Motor Portfolio Manager, you’ll take ownership of the strategy, growth, and profitability of our specialty motor products across all brands and channels.
This is your chance to bring commercial thinking, data-driven decision-making and leadership to a role where you’ll directly influence product performance and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deliver strategic initiatives to grow market share, retention and portfolio profitability
• Own P&L outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
• Lead product development initiatives informed by market insights and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Pricing, Marketing, Claims, Distribution and more
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to deliver high-impact portfolio outcomes

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years’ commercial experience in insurance, with P&L accountability
• Proven ability to design and deliver successful portfolio strategies
• Strong understanding of underwriting, risk, and regulatory frameworks
• Financial and commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and modelling
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce (highly regarded)
