Claims Services Officer – NSW Workers Compensation
We have an exciting opportunity for Claims Services Officer to join our Team in Sydney. These roles are 12-month contact opportunities.
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Claims Services Officer
- Location: 10 Shelley Street, Sydney 2000
- Salary: $79,500 inclusive of 12% Super
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with mix of Work from Home and in Office, (post probation period)
- Shift Patterns: Full-time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
In this an administrative support role to assist our NSW Workers Compensation claim teams. You will:
- Lodge new personal injury claims and validate details for accuracy
- Gather, investigate, and follow up on additional information to complete lodgements
- Prepare, proof, and send outbound correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing claim information, including digital indexing, scanning, and archiving
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for injured workers where required
- Handle complex escalations from business partners
- Review and release claim documentation in line with privacy regulations
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring

- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

- Adaptability – resilience in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience in administration, business operations, or insurance is highly regarded
- Knowledge of web-based administration systems is a plus
