Do you thrive on making a genuine difference in people’s lives? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. The Replacement Vehicle Team is a small group of dedicated portfolio managers focused on providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Make a meaningful impact. You will provide empathetic support to ensure they feel understood, reassured, and well cared for during this challenging time.
- Manage your own claims portfolio. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for your portfolio of about 40 customers. From assessment you will use your high-level communication skills to guiding your customers through the process of precuring them a new vehicle, ensuring they are well educated and informed throughout.
- Customer advocate. You are the voice of your customers, using proactive communication and sound decision-making to fully understand and address their needs. You’ll resolve any issues that come up and advocate on behalf of your customers whenever necessary.
- Support our motor strategy. You’ll help us deliver on our promise of being 100% Motorvated getting customers back behind the wheel with minimal delay, proactively working to achieve your KPI’s and achieve high level customer outcomes.
What you’ll bring:
- Customer-first mindset. You have a proven genuine passion for your customers and know how to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Previous experience in insurance. Previous portfolio management will be highly regarded.
- Resilience and emotional intelligence. You’re steady in the face of tough conversations and can support customers through emotional situations.
- Strong decision-making skills. You’re confident using your judgement to find practical solutions and move things forward, have a proven history of complaint resolution.
- A love for efficiency. You can manage multiple priorities and keep organised while still delivering great service within set timeframes.
- Adaptability. You like change in fact, you thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
An interest or passion for cars and the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
