As a Chapter Support Officer, you will play an integral role in facilitating the success of Domain Engineering and Quality Engineering Practices. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, day-to-day management of resource allocation, and oversight of administrative functions across teams.
What you’ll do
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and resource transitions for permanent staff, partners, and contractors
- Maintain up-to-date people metrics, project information, and organisational charts for effective workforce planning
- Collaborate with leaders to assist with recruitment efforts and contract renewals
- Prepare reports and presentations; manage team communications and logistics for meetings
- Foster strong relationships within T&O and contribute positively to the team culture
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in administration within a dynamic corporate environment
- Advanced planning and organisational capabilities, with proficiency in handling competing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with confidence in liaising across multiple teams
- A proactive approach, with enthusiasm for problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with internal systems and a commitment to understanding team dynamics and business requirements
