What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value claims through all stages of the process
• Deliver empathetic, clear, and consistent communication to customers
• Liaise proactively with assessors, repairers, and suppliers to ensure smooth claim progression
• Apply effective conflict resolution strategies to minimise customer escalations
• Identify and support customers experiencing vulnerability
• Ensure claims are progressing toward positive outcomes through timely interventions

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 10 months’ experience as a Terri Scheer Claims Manager (essential)
• Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset, especially in complex situations
• High level of integrity and commitment to service excellence
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and professional email communication
• Strong time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
