About the Role
Are you passionate about driving transformation through data and analytics? We're looking for a Project Lead to join our Consumer Insurance team within the Insurance function. This role is pivotal in delivering strategic initiatives that enhance customer insights, improve operational efficiency, and generate measurable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Manager – Project & Transformation, Customer & Distribution Performance & Insights (CADPI), you’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Project Management
- Lead transformation programs aligned to CADPI DRA strategy.
- Translate business needs into actionable project plans with clear milestones.
- Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting.
- Collaborate across teams to align project goals with operational needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Vendor Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks early to support informed decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business partners.
Change Management & Communication
- Lead change activities to drive adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Deliver clear, consistent communication across all levels.
Governance & Best Practice
- Support and lead data governance activities.
- Maintain documentation on dataflows, definitions, and processes.
- Ensure delivery aligns with best practices and approved patterns.

About You
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Project Management (desired)
- 3+ years in project management, ideally in transformation or enablement roles
- Strong background in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
- Experience in insurance distribution or claims (preferred)
- Familiarity with customer experience analytics, call listening, or QA (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Agile project management (Scrum, Jira, Confluence) preferred
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
