Key Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification preferably in marketing, communications or research.
- 4+ years in insurance, financial services, or other regulated service industries
- Experience in customer-centric writing, content design, or digital customer experience
- Extensive experience with broad stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, digital platforms, or marketing automation tools (desired)
