The Role:
- Triage referrals and liaise with stakeholders
- Provides specialist wound management assessment and advice to Primary Health North (inclusive of District Hospitals) clients
- Coordinate and triage referrals for outpatient wound clinic

Details of Appointment:
Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 21 July 2025 until 26 August 2025.
Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Classification:
Salary $114,851 - $121,886 per annum + 11.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023

Eligibility:
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Boards of Australia as a Registered Nurse
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Holds or working towards a relevant post graduate tertiary qualification.
- Current Driver’s Licence
Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
