The Team
The Statewide Recruitment Service has offices based in Burnie, Launceston, and Hobart.
We have multiple vacancies based in Hobart and Launceston providing recruitment support to Health service delivery functions.
The Role
In this role the HR Advisor will:
- Provide leadership and support to a team of human resource practitioners as allocated promoting a client service culture.
- Provide quality human resource advice and services in support of a contemporary human resource function in accordance with the Tasmanian State Service framework.
- In conjunction with the HR Manager and/or HR Consultant, work with management in support of the development and implementation of human resource practices, policies and protocols while providing sound advice and support to managers and employees on contemporary human resource matters.
- Anticipate, analyse and diagnose human resource needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Details of Appointment
Multiple Fixed term, full time, day worker positions working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon possible for a period of up to 12 months.
* Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

- One position based in Launceston
- Two positions based in Hobart
Classification
General Stream Band 5
Salary
$98,255 - $103,069 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
Eligibility

- Relevant qualification from a recognised institution or equivalent
