The Role
The Admissions Clerk will:
- Provide and maintain an efficient maternity admission service to the North West Regional Hospital (NWRH).
- Provide day-to-day coordination of information, forms, correspondence and documents associated with chargeable patients at NWRH.
- Provide an efficient and effective liaison service for private and compensable patients.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, part time, shift worker position, working 56 hours per fortnight, commencing from 16 November 2025 until 8 February 2026.
Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Classification:
Salary $73,811 - $79,779 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Union Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Completion of a relevant course in medical terminology
Under particular circumstances employees may be required to undertake a new conviction check.
