Primary Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) – Project Support Services team. This role provides critical business and project support services, with a strong focus on Contract and Resource Management to enable successful delivery across Health ICT initiatives.
The Role
- Deliver specialist advice and coordination on Contract and Resource Management, ensuring innovative and efficient business and project support services for key areas within Health ICT, including, Project Management Office, Bluegum Health Transformation, Enterprise Architecture Group
- Lead investigations and improvement activities, including Establishment management, audits and quality assurance, KPI reporting and information management, stakeholder engagement, onboarding and offboarding coordination.
- Consults, liaises, and builds working relationships with Managers, Senior Managers, Program Managers, Directors, and the Chief Information Officer. Foster a culture of high performance and teamwork by modelling a collaborative, consultative, and cooperative approach.
- Contributes to the development of high-quality documentation, internal processes, and guidelines. Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
- Represent the Project Support Services team at business forums and meetings. Act as a subject matter expert in contract and resource management.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a 6-month period.
Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
Classification: General Stream Band 6
Salary $107,899 - $122,292 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in business management, ICT, information management or related discipline
- Current Driver’s Licence
