About The Role

As our next Workshop Supervisor, reporting to the Workshop Manager you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results. You will be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of crews executing all work conducted in our facility.

In this role, you will:

· Ensure compliance and effectiveness of Safety Management Systems

· Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring others

· Manage and execute maintenance work using efficient work strategies to achieve targeted repair times

· Ensure that work is completed within allowed budget and resources

· Assist the Workshop Manager in implementing safety and environmental plans

· Play an active role in all incident investigations

· Develop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships

· Actively and positively contribute to fostering a great work culture and environment

Roster consisting of 5day, 4 night rotating.

 

About You

As the successful applicant, you will be a high achieving & team focused individual with a focus on collaboration and achieving within your work team. You have previous experience in Workshop environments with a drive to deliver and exceed expectations.

· Mechanical trade certificate or tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering

· Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar equipment

· Previous supervisory experience in maintenance

· Passionate about creating and implementing improvement process

· A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and the community
