In this Senior Analyst Engineer role, you will join the Technology Platforms team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support, maintain and improve solution developed in ServiceNow Platform & underlying infrastructure such as Integration/MID servers
• Write well designed & high-quality testable code as part of break fix solutions or minor enhancements
• Patch deployment including AWS & Azure MID Server patching, Plugin upgrades, City upgrades
• Produce specifications as part of problem solving and determine operational feasibility
• Creating, responding to and troubleshooting ServiceNow Hi Cases via Case portal/working with ServiceNow Support Engineers during/after business hours as per requirements
• Support API integration, Connector based integrations

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Extensive Technology experience
• Proven experience in ServiceNow support/admin roles
• Hands on experience on latest city version of ServiceNow
• Hands on experience in AWS/Azure environment for supporting MID Servers, patching, IAM and configuration deployment
• Current ServiceNow foundation/sys admin certification is mandatory
• Stakeholder management working with Service Owners to troubleshoot discovery automation issues
• Software Delivery skills such as CI/CD, Software / Source Code Configuration Management are mandatory.
