Manager Transformation Delivery

As our Manager Transformation Delivery, you will join the Personal Banking Transformation team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Ensuring appropriate end to end delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives that support Personal Banking’s Strategy and Objectives.
  • Review Solution Architecture to ensure delivery plans are holistic and right level of testing is incorporated.
  • Coordinate Architecture reviews, delivery planning and technical issue resolution
  • Prepare delivery and technology updates for governance and executive forums
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered with consistency, rigor and excellence by adopting the Distinctive Leadership tools and leveraging your consulting expertise/toolkit
  • Set and maintain strong delivery operating rhythm across the team
  • Demonstrated application of Risk Management fundamentals. Understand risk, issue and dependency management. Understand controls.
  • Advanced data analysis and problem solving with demonstrable measurement techniques.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships, deeply understanding their needs and delivering treatment plans to achieve project objectives

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Extensive experience delivering large scale programs, CX transformation and project management ideally within banking/financial, consulting or large enterprise business environment                     
  • Proven experience in business engagement, understand the trade-offs involved in Technology change while simultaneously delivering business benefit. Requires commercial acumen, business alignment and ability to negotiate.
  • Ability to understand Solution Architecture, define related technical deliverables needed for the project, and what testing needs to be done (including estimation).
  • Strong people and change leadership with the capability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional teams 
  • Possess strong presentation and facilitation skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to synthetise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way.
  • AI experience advantageous
