Working from home and as part of the Regional Rural and Commercial Team, you’ll be undertaking a broad range of mainly desktop rural/regional commercial valuations via virtual methods utilising an industry leading valuation platform.  Additionally, you will build relationships with colleagues to share relevant property insights.

About the team:

NAB Valuations is NAB’s own in-house valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations process, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers.  You will be supported by a dedicated collaborative team to support your personal development and career goals.

The team are located throughout Australia and this role is non location specific

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Recognition as a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute (API)
  • Some experience with rural valuations and/or non-specialised commercial property valuations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated positivity and ability in working in a team and individually
  • Proven technology skills and adaptability
  • Organisational skills, self-driven
  • An open mind set
  • Must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence
