  • Guide the Business and HR Business Partners (HR BPs) to work through the org change process to deliver on business outcomes for our customers
  • Provide specialist knowledge and guidance to the Business and HR BPs through the complexities of org change execution
  • Build your commercial acumen and business knowledge by partnering with all parts of NAB, understanding their drivers for organisational change

In this Consultant, Org Change role, you will  

  • Partner with the Business to understand their business outcomes, strategic goals and drivers for the organisational  change.
  • Learn and understand the different divisions across NAB and how Org Change Execution needs to be applied for different business scenarios, models and roles, shaping our project delivery approach.
  • Coordinate org change delivery across cross functional teams (this include business team such as Change Management and Enablement, but also P&C Centres of Expertise like Payroll, IR/ER, HS&W).
  • This is a hands on execution role focussed on providing guidance and advice on the org change process, project management, as well as other execution tasks such as current state structural reporting, data reconciliation, weekly extracts and reporting. It is not a change management role. 
  • Confidently use data and build knowledge of SAP to assist and inform process or decision making, this includes maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Act as a key interface for relevant stakeholders to advise, guide and generally provide Org Change Execution expertise. This will include managing stakeholder expectations and assistance on challenging or sensitive topics/areas.
  • Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve the Org Change Execution service for our Business Leaders and HR BPs.

 

What you'll bring 

  • Project management experience in a similar environment or position.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, is relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
  • Proficiency working in cross functional teams/environments, having to coordinate and face into large, complex and tight deadlines.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage key stakeholders and partners.
  • Demonstrable experience working with large data sets, able to synthesise data into accurate and informed findings – being able to progress execution through data. SAP (preferred) and Excel (required).
