In this Small Business Banker role, you will

  • Build professional relationships with Business Partners
  • Managing lending and product requests for small business customers
  • Perform credit analysis and approve lending requests within your authority
  • Provide holistic business solutions to your portfolio of clients and those newly introduced
  • Manage customer portfolio risk and compliance
  • Work as part of a local banking team supporting local business customers
  • Autonomously manage your operating rhythm to optimise effectiveness

 

What you’ll bring

  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in a lending role
  • Experience in managing customer relationships, and the credit process
  • A strong financial/business acumen
  • Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in business is preferred
