    • Leave & Relief Customer Advisor Role in Mansfield and Surrounding Areas

      Join our Mansfield team as a Customer Advisor, you will be an important pillar in the community of Mansfield! Supporting our Mansfield and surrounding area retail branch.

       

    • In this role, you will:

      • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, offering outstanding service and handling everyday banking inquiries.
      • Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
      • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
      • Engage in an exciting role that includes travel to support our nearby branches, adding variety to your work and allowing you to experience the broader region.

  •        Please note that this is a Leave & Relief role based in Mansfield however will be also be supporting our Nagambie, Benalla, Seymour branches. It is essential that you can work at short notice, travel between locations with minimal notice, and be flexible regarding working hours. (Travel allowance included)

      The roles hours are: 

    •                                Monday           9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                    Tuesday          9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                     Wednesday    9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                     Thursday        9:00am to 4:30pm 
                                     Friday             9:00am to 3:00pm
