The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced, focused and enthusiastic self-starter to join our HR team as a Senior Human Resources Advisor.

In this fantastic opportunity you will be based in Melbourne and be the first point of contact for all human resources needs for the business. The role will work across multiple divisions and across various industries. This role works in a partnership with the business leaders and provides advice on various HR issues to achieve desired outcomes.

A true HR generalist you have experience in partnering with multiple business leads and are looking for your next challenge within your HR career.  Your ability to navigate the industrial relations landscape will be advantageous with this type of role. The role will provide an opportunity to the successful candidate to use their experience gained in a variety of HR sectors to implement sound HR practices across a diverse workforce whilst supporting our leaders in coaching and developing strong and successful teams.

The successful incumbent will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work within the parameters of the businesses systems and processes to drive Human Resources initiatives.

Skills and experience

• Relevant experience within a similar role is highly desired
• Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• The ability to build, maintain and influence relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
