About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an Civil Maintenance Operator to join our Maintenance delivery  team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a diverse team that is responsible for the delivery of planned and unplanned maintenance activities throughout the contract.

Location: Winneke Treatment Plant, Sugarloaf Reservoir, Christmas Hills Victoria 3775

Reporting Line: Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving compliance with defined service level standards and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Undertake reactive and network maintenance works as required to support the Customer's various requirements
• Expedient response to, assessment of and repair of failures of the Customer's assets with a focus on personal and 3rd party safety, customer service and the environment
• Assist with the creation of a safe work environment and contributing to the achievement of the Customer's KPIs within the reactive works team

About You

To join our team, ideally you will have experience in an operational environment, be energetic and have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

• Experience working in a similar maintenance or construction role is desirable
• Excellent communications skills
• Current driver's license is preferred
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
