The Role

A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Grounds WA team as a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.

Reporting to the Burswood Park Contract Manager, you will be accountable for assisting work scheduling, operation implementation, staff development and on-site supervision of employees for the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum Certificate 3 in Horticulture
• Minimum 2 years in Supervising role within a horticulture/landscape team
• Ability to deliver and maintain works schedules.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a positive attitude
• A strong commitment to follow and deliver HSEQ management systems.
• Minimum C Class Licence
• National Police Clearance
• Good numerical ability, PC literacy, including EXCEL and excellent presentation skills
