About The Opportunity   

Programmed Facility Management (PFM) are seeking a Service Delivery Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and service execution to contract standards for a large-scale social housing services contract in NSW. Working collaboratively within a unified team, you'll ensure timely completion of facility management work orders according to Key Performance Indicators, meeting client specifications and customer expectations. This permanent, full time role based in Orange NSW, plays an important part in delivery of services crucial to the community.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and manage service delivery processes and procedures.
  • Respond to customer service requests, prioritising based on agreed service levels.
  • Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure optimal use of business applications for efficiency.
  • Mitigate HSE risks and ensure safe, timely operations.
  • Identify and implement strategies for service improvement and cost reduction.
  • Monitor progress, address feedback, and escalate issues as needed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be experienced leading high volume facility management service delivery or similar building trades/services in a medium-to-large-sized organisation. Experience and understanding of social housing maintenance is highly desirable, however not essential.

 Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Trade qualifications or background desirable, or equivalent experience in Project Managment.
  • Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proactive approach to relationship management.
  • Excellent time management and priortisation skills.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint).
