The Role

We are currently seeking a Training & Compliance Specialist.

This role is responsible for managing all Training requirements and Governance for WA PFM employees ensuring Compliance and adherence to PFM Quality Standards and systems.

 

This Role is also responsible in establishing the Onboarding protocol for new and existing team members ensuring the Programmed approach in setting up people for success


As a Training & Compliance Specialist, your role will include:

  • Acute attention to detail and experience to provide Training and Compliance onsite and proactively engage with our people across the business
  • The ability to be self-motivated and work within the team to achieve our goals
  • Assists in creating training material; documents, work instructions as required
  • Ensures all training material is uploaded onto the Programmed Learning Library
  • Ensures that the training requirements are identified for management and service delivery team members in the organisation's systems and procedures
  • Coordinates and assists to facilitate role-based training schedule, including refresher training
  • Assist in coordinating inductions and training of systems for new and existing personnel specific to their role, contract and functional area
  • Maintains a skills and training matrices for personnel and key positions required
  • Works closely with Risk, Quality Compliance and Training (RQCT) Manager to evaluate training effectiveness

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in Training and Compliance
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supporting business process improvement activities and preferably taking a leading role in a process improvement initiative
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Dynamic team player and contributor
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with various stakeholders at different levels
  • A positive outlook, Drive and Self-Motivation
