About The Opportunity

At Programmed we believe “It’s your career, your opportunity.” We have an exciting opportunity for experienced or qualified gardeners to join our Grounds Services business as a Mowing Operator across the outer southeastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that provides grounds maintenance and development across our client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of grounds and gardens.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Cranbourne

Reporting line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
• Routine mowing and turf maintenance
• Pruning and shaping across the grounds
• Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
• Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
  
  

About You

To join our team, you will have experience or qualifications in gardening and landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have;

• Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
• Current driver's license & white card
• Current working with children’s check
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
