About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Procurement Coordinator to join Programmed’s Facility Management team. Reporting into the Procurement Manager, this integral role will see you supporting the WA business and its client network by tendering, negotiating, and contracting with a network of subcontractors to carry out works and provide services.

The role will work closely with our Projects team to understand details of procurement requirements and provide advise regarding their procurement plan / strategies.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Burswood

Reporting Line: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Administrating and managing end to end procurement processes, including tender preparations, addendums, contract documentation, negotiations, and preparation of purchase orders
• Analyzing and evaluating tenders as well as leading Tender Evaluation meetings, negotiating outcomes and managing contract execution
• Develop Project specific procurement plans for high value, high risk projects
• Manage Panel and Project Bank Guarantee register
• Maintain WA procurement shared mailbox
• Attend internal and external meetings

About You

• Experience in facilities management, construction, contract management or service-related industry
• Experience in procurement within construction or maintenance with understanding of construction / maintenance contracts
• Experience in managing multiple projects at once
• Experience in Government procurement requirements, preferrable but not essential
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills
